It's snowing today in NC. Not a great day to go our to an ice cream parlor, but a great day to eat ice cream at home!

My life in the ice cream business started way back in 1988 on the beautiful island of St. Thomas, shortly after I graduated from Florida State University. My brothers and I started an ice cream distribution business. We sold Haagen Dazs Ice Cream to convenience stores, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, and ice cream shops. We also established a few of our own retail parlor operations.

We later expanded to St. Croix, St. John and the British Virgin Islands. In 1993, we began serving the "big island" of Puerto Rico, where we all were born and raised.
